    Annual Orcas Island Artists Studio Tour. Visitors were able to view the encaustic paper sculptures and working studio of Kandis Susol and over 20 other premier Orcas Island Artists.

  • Bellevue Art Musum building

    The Take Refuge exhibition at the Bellevue Art Museum group show included Kandis’ encaustic paper sculptures, and opened to accolades.

  • Kandis exhibited her art in Undercurrent with Hannah Alex-Glasser at Perry & Carlson Gallery in Mount Vernon, a beautiful space in the 1924 Brunet Building in historic downtown Mount Vernon.

  • Exhibit at San Juan Island Museum

    Kandis’ encaustic sculptures from artist-made paper were part of the show Substrate—Underlying Currents at the San Juan Islands Museum, which also included artists Susan Singleton and Hannah Alex-Glasser. Watch the exhibit video.

    Kandis’ art was featured alongside that of fellow artists Susan Singleton’s and Hannah Alex-Glasser’s work in a show titled Resonance at the 56th Anacortes Arts Festival, one of the largest and oldest arts festivals in the Northwest.
